Sirius is a 100% Arabica blend from India, Colombia and Guatemala, part of MOGI’s Stars Collection. Named after the brightest star in the night sky, it brings together coffees from three origins.

A silky body meets lively citrus acidity, with notes of chocolate, red apple and cherries. Hints of orange zest linger in the finish, adding a bright aromatic touch.

Presented as ground coffee for drip brewing, it brings layered fruit and chocolate notes to your daily filter-coffee ritual.

Why am I sustainable?

This blend comes from integrated agriculture and is part of "Café y Caffè", a project funded by Italian cooperation to improve the lives of coffee producers in rural mountain communities of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Carried out with the NGOs ACRA, CEFA and Africa 70, it supports the whole coffee chain: agroecological practices, respect for human rights (especially of women and children), and better quality through a territorial quality control laboratory in El Salvador. By strengthening small producers and empowering women, it helps make coffee growing sustainable in the long term.
