Introducing the limited edition Witoca whole beans, a unique single-origin made from a selection of the finest beans harvested throughout the year, sourced from the heart of Ecuador, in the Amazon Rainforest. 

Witoca is a 100% Robusta coffee cultivated in the Orellana region, near the Yasunì National Park. This single-origin, winner of the prestigious Taza Dorada 2023 competition, will amaze your palate with its fruity notes of pineapple, passion fruit, and starfruit that greet you at first sip, followed by the luxurious sweetness of chocolate.

Each batch undergoes intricate fermentation, drying, and roasting processes, ensuring a truly exceptional coffee experience.

 

Cultivated by the Witoca association — a group of passionate young graduates and scholars — this coffee is not just a product of the land, but a symbol of resilience and love for what is sacred. Named after the Wituk fruit, which symbolizes the regenerative spirit of the forest, the Witoca association embodies this ethos by cultivating coffee with respect for the environment.

In an act of rebellion against exploitation, the Witocas have chosen to return to the forest's womb, to rediscover and protect that deep bond that unites man to the earth. Their mission is not only agricultural, but existential: to grow Robusta coffee on a soil that, with its rich organic composition and abundant rainfall, represents the ideal environment for the development of strong and lush plants. The soil of the Amazon Forest, bathed by ancient waters and nourished by the life of the forest itself, creates a unique microclimate that gives coffee an unparalleled complexity of flavors.
