Price
The price of any will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error. Our site works in good faith to display accurate product information at all times.
Delivery costs shall be added to the price of the products and are indicated separately in the cart or in the order form.
Prices can be changed at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you an Order Confirmation.
We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
Terms of payment
You shall pay the price of the product(s) included in the order proposal and the relevant delivery charges by credit card, PayPal, Klarna, by bank transfer or any additional means of payment which results available upon check out.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, MOGI Caffè S.B.R.L. may provide your contact and order details to Klarna during the checkout process, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
In the event that, for any reason, it is impossible to debit the amount due by the Client within the due deadline, the contract will not be executed, and the order will be cancelled.
Ownership of the product(s) will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the product(s), including delivery charges.
Invoice issue
For each order, it is possible to request an invoice by writing to askmogi@mogicaffe.it mentioning the order number and, only for Italy, also the unique code, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations. The invoice will be based on the information provided at the time of the order. It is not possible to change the invoice after it has been issued.
