Lady Blue has its roots in the Q’eqchi’ community in Samac, Guatemala, where women cultivate this coffee. Its roasting brings out the beans’ natural flavours without overwhelming them.

Honey and caramel sweetness meet notes of chocolate and nuts, with bright grapefruit and lime acidity and delicate floral accents. A smooth body and clean finish create a balanced, layered cup.

Presented as roasted whole coffee beans, it can be ground to suit your preferred brewing method, from espresso to French press.

  • Lady Blue coffee blend organoleptic values.

Why am I sustainable?

Lady Blue is MOGI's female single-origin, born in Guatemala and grown by the Samac (Cobán) and Esquipulas (La Libertad) cooperatives on their own land: 230 Maya Q'eqchi' families, over 400 members, 90 tons of coffee a year. Women lead here: a woman presides over the La Libertad cooperative, and in Cobán women run the community's school, canteen and infirmary. Members earn a fair wage and regular contracts, and the cooperatives fund scholarships and free medical care in the villages.

Weight

1 pack of roasted whole coffee beans, 250 g [8.8 oz].
