Polaris is a 100% Arabica blend from India, Mexico and Colombia, part of MOGI’s Stars Collection. Named after the star that guides sailors, it brings together coffees from three origins.

A creamy body meets gentle malic acidity, with notes of bread, chocolate and toasted almonds. An intense, persistent finish gives the cup its lingering character.

Presented as roasted whole coffee beans, it lets you grind each serving to suit your preferred brewing method and enjoy its rounded, gently bright profile.

Why am I sustainable?

This blend comes from integrated agriculture and is part of "Café y Caffè", a project funded by Italian cooperation to improve the lives of coffee producers in rural mountain communities of Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador. Carried out with the NGOs ACRA, CEFA and Africa 70, it supports the whole coffee chain: agroecological practices, respect for human rights (especially of women and children), and better quality through a territorial quality control laboratory in El Salvador. By strengthening small producers and empowering women, it helps make coffee growing sustainable in the long term.
